In Store Operations - Salzburg

Role

The In-Store Operations Specialist at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and works closely with the store team to contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage cash register, administrative and back-office operations within the store (cash transactions, invoicing, payments, Tax Free), in compliance with company procedures;

• Manage all activities related to omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) in compliance with established deadlines and guidelines;

• Provide customer service support when required;

• Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting them in the sales process and contributing to a climate of mutual trust;

• Maintain a positive, balanced and constructive approach, even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a strong work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset;

• Facilitate customer interaction with Sales Advisors in order to ensure an excellent customer experience;

• Manage time and daily priorities effectively.

Who you are

• You have at least one year of experience in retail back-office/operations, preferably within the premium fashion sector;

• You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with good proficiency in using IT and management systems;

• You have a good command of English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
